| EXCLUSIVE October 2006 For Kabir and Parveen, romance blossoms in the Eternal City Romance has blossomed again for Kabir, and where else than in the Eternal City of Rome, where he has been sighted with his new belle, Parveen Dusanj. Parveen, a 32-year-old academic based in London, "has brought so much love to enjoy and so much positivity" to his life, Kabir told kabir-bedi.com. The couple first met in London last summer, while Kabir was appearing in the West End musical show, The Far Pavilions. "We met after the play... and we liked each other," Kabir told kabir-bedi.com. Despite a gruelling stage schedule, "we went out a couple of times and became better and better friends," he said. Parveen spends most of her time with Kabir in Rome, where he is shooting the Italian TV series Un Medico in Famiglia, but occasionally jets back to London for a few days. She is able to continue with her work as a researcher on social issues for the UK government because most of it can be done long-distance. Italy's paparrazzi have not been slow to catch up on Kabir's new love interest. Pictures of the couple have been appearing in various magazines and other publications. Two years after Kabir split up with his English wife Nikki, is Parveen likely to become his Biwi No 4? - "Nothing has been decided yet... I've been married three times and I don't want to rush into things, but there's a lot of love and affection between us," he said. - "Pooja is happy about it and my family has taken it on board. They're very happy she's brought so much love into my life." |
