| SUMMARY |
|
Seema (Simi Garewal), a young woman, has come to believe she is
the bearer of great misfortune to others. She is convinced
that especially the people she loves will have to die. Reluctantly
and in secret, she marries a young man (Kabir
Bedi).
But her premonitions come true: when she is pregnant with their first child,
her husband suddenly dies.
Seema bears a son (Rakesh Roshan), and because
she now fears for his life too, she sees only one way out: she gives her child
away so that it can grow up with other people, away from her aura of doom.
After many years there is a happy ending: mother and son, who is now an adult,
meet again and can put their troubled past behind them... |
